SAUSAGE-NUT STRUDEL & SCRAMBLED EGGS

two poached eggs and Canadian Bacon on grilled English muffin topped with Hollandaise

VEGETARIAN BENEDICT
two poached eggs, grilled sliced tomato and cheese on grilled English muffin topped with Hollandaise

SMOKED SALMON IN SCRAMBLED EGGS
bits of smoked salmon in scrambled eggs presented with herbed sour cream and spring onion greens

grilled filet mignon on croissant topped with two poached eggs and Bearnaise sauce *

poached egg on Maryland crab cake on English mufffin topped with Hollandaise sprinkled with Old Bay Spice *

black lumpfish caviar and sour cream in a crepe style omelette

a filet of fresh fish lightly breaded with oat bran athen pan sauteed, southern style, served with scrambeld eggs and fresh breads

PECAN BUTTER MILK PANCAKES
flavored with bits of pecans and buttermilk

BANANA-CHOCOLATE FLECK PANCAKES
flavored with ripe bananas and bits of chocolate

TOLL HOUSE PANCAKES
flavored with chocolate chips, walnuts and vanilla
