DEPOSIT POLICY
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations
100% Deposit required on 1 Night Stay
50% Deposit required within 5 days of reservation to confirm your reservation.
The deposit can be made by check or by Visa or Master Card.
The deposit applies to the full amount of your stay, the balance is due upon arrival

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Deposit is non refundable if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of check-in day (2pm). Deposit can be refunded if more than 72 hours notice is provided and we can refill the entire vacancy. If more than 30 days notice is provided the deposit is automatically refunded. This policy applies in the event that you must cancel, change the dates, shorten your stay or make any other change to your confirmed reservation. A $25.00 bookkeeping charge will apply to all cancellations
